My name is Dr. Jennifer Kolasinski, and I have been practicing Physical Therapy since 2012. In 2013, I completed a one-year post-graduate residency, a distinction achieved by only 22% of Physical Therapists from NYIT, under the guidance of Dr. Andras Fulop and David Lipetz MSPT. In late 2014, I trained with the AposTherapy on innovative technology for osteoarthritic joints. I have experience in treating orthopedic patients, ranging from the 'weekend warrior' to individuals suffering from spinal pain or orthopedic disorders affecting the shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle, or foot, including post-surgical cases. Over the past seven years, I have served as a Supervising Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility, specializing in geriatric patient care, hip/knee replacements, spinal fusions, and addressing issues such as balance, gait, generalized weakness, and contracture prevention. Additionally, I have experience in acute setting such as Hospital Care. Increasingly, we are witnessing 'mill-like' practices. My approach focuses on providing one-on-one treatment.  I aim to equip you with the necessary tools and knowledge to comprehend your diagnosis and facilitate your return to daily activities while preserving your independence in the long term.
