Where 1:1 Therapy Begins

My name is Dr. Jennifer Kolasinski and I have been a Physical Therapist for the past fourteen years with a specialty in Orthopedics. In 2013, I completed a one-year post-graduate residency, a distinction achieved by only 22% of Physical Therapists in the country. I was always taught to think and treat “outside of the box” and never adapt to the traditional “Mill like therapy" and I have been practicing that way since the start of my career.

JDK Physical Therapy is a boutique physical therapy practice, in that our approach involves one-on-one treatment with a credentialed physical therapist at all times. There are no aides, trainers or physical therapy assistants. We emphasize independence in the management of each patient’s condition rather than dependence on unproven modalities and costly equipment. Our goal is to give you the tools and education with an understanding of your diagnosis and how to manage your symptoms in the future.
